Have you been refused a residence permit?

- you have applied for a temporary residence permit, permanent residence permit or residence permit for an EU resident in Poland,
and thereafter:
- you have received a decision from the Governor refusing to grant you a permit,
and:
- it has not yet been 14 days since you received that decision.
