Read it carefully:
- Answer a few questions and you will receive a short appeal to download to your device (phone, computer).
- Print it out, sign it and send it by registered mail within 14 days of receiving the decision to the Voivodship Office that issued your decision – so that your case can be reconsidered.
- You will receive an abbreviated form of appeal from us – the letter does not contain all the arguments you might want to use in your case.
