Advocacy

Association for Legal Intervention`s advocacy is aimed at guaranteeing respect for the fundamental rights of migrants as well as improving the policy and practice regarding their functioning in Poland.

We run social campainigs and regularly appear in media in order to contribute to the public debate on topics related to migrants and refugees. We counter negative stereotypes and fake news concerning migration.

We monitor the legislation in the field of migration and asylum and actively participate in public consultations of bills in this field.  In order to reach our advocacy goals we collaborate with a wide network of stakeholders: such as civil society organizations, decision makers, politicians, experts and academics.
