Franciszek graduated from Interfaculty Study of Environmental Protection in Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW). Working in SIP from 2019, before he got a several year’s experience in planning, realisation and project settlement in influential Polish NGO’s (Instytut na rzecz Ekorozwoju, WiseEuropa). A big fan of Excel, detective novels and italian kitchen.

Legal advisor / project coordinator

Legal advisor, specialist in family law, as well as a mediator, trainer (in matters of law and mediation). In the Association, she coordinates projects and provides free legal advice as part of the Child and Family Support Section. She likes good crime books, football and music by Kuba Badach.

Legal advisor, for many years deals with issues related to the legalization of stay of foreigners. In the Association, she provides free legal advice as part of the Section for Foreigners and the Child and Family Assistance Section. She likes interesting stories, good reportage and meetings after many years.

Lawyer, criminologist. She defended her doctoral thesis on the control of prisons and the prevention of various forms of abuse that occur in them.

Joanna Subko

Chairwoman of the Audit Committee

Lawyer, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the Université de Poitiers (Master professionnel de Droit des affaires). For many years she worked in the Association providing legal advice to foreigners and refugees. She specializes in migration and anti-discrimination law. She likes micro trips, comics and concerts.



Karolina Mazurczak

Member of the Audit Committee

A graduate of Russian philology at the A. Mickiewicz University and international relations at the Collegium Civitas. In the years 2009-2016 she worked at the Association for Legal Intervention as a foreign consultant and project coordinator. Currently, she works at the International Solidarity Foundation, where she manages projects implemented in the Eastern Partnership countries.



Ismena Saadi

Member of the Audit Committee

A lawyer with over 12 years of professional experience, which she gained, among others at the Legal Intervention Association, also as legal advisor at the Warsaw Bar Association, for years associated with the broadly understood non-governmental sector, supports the activities of several Associations (including those created by migrants). On a daily basis, she provides legal advice to foreigners living in Poland.
