In 2019, our staff and volunteers strived to address all areas where the rights of migrants were being violated: we assisted provided 769 people in 1933 cases. We took part in 51 court proceedings and we
filed 4 appeals with the European Court of Human Rights. We litigated cases, which were the most important to migrants.
What were the main violations of migrants` rights in the passing year? When do we intervene or litigate? Which cases were successfully litigated and which still remain a challenge?
