Read it carefully:
- Answer a few questions and you will receive a short appeal to download to your device (phone, computer).
- Print it out, sign it and send it by post to the Border Guard post that issued your decision – in order for your case to be reconsidered.
- You will receive an abbreviated form of appeal from us – the letter does not contain all the arguments you may want to raise in your case.
- Once you have sent the appeal, you should supplement it with additional explanations and documents which will convince the office that you should not leave Poland now. Consult a lawyer for this purpose. Find legal assistance
