Read it carefully:

1. Answer a few questions and you will receive a short appeal to download to your device (phone, computer).
2. Print it out, sign it and send it by post to the Voivodship Office that issued your decision – to have your case reconsidered.
3. We will send you an abbreviated form of the appeal – the letter may not contain all the arguments you may wish to raise in your case. Once you have sent in your appeal, it may be worth supplementing it with additional explanations and documents that support your case for permission.
